Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair/Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ranges, fryers, griddle, ovens, refrigerators, cold rooms, dishwashers, hoods and more. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair/maintenance various types of commercial kitchen equipment, including electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and the necessary repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning.
• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
